You have questions, we have answers.

Do I need a reservation for the food hall?

The tables in the food hall and patio are for everyone’s enjoyment and do not require a reservation. Our food hall offers ample seating, including communal tables that can accommodate larger groups. For groups of 20 or more, please email us at bookings@waterworksevents.com

Do you offer table service?

You can order food and beverages from your table. Scan the QR code on your table to access any menus in the food hall. You’ll receive a text notification when your food is ready for pickup. Your drinks from the Waterworks Bar are delivered directly to your table. You must be 19+ to order alcoholic beverages.

Is the food hall child-friendly?

Absolutely! We have a ramp for strollers at our Maud Street entrance and our Brant Street entrance is fully accessible. Our underground parking leads directly to the food hall on the first level of the parking lot. We’ve also got your comfort covered with a baby changing table in our universal washrooms and high chairs available throughout the food hall.

Are pets allowed in the food hall?

We welcome service animals who are trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities. However, to maintain a safe and clean environment for all guests, we do not allow pets, comfort and/or emotional support animals into the food hall.

Can I bring outside food into the food hall?

We offer a diverse range of culinary options to satisfy every taste. To support our chefs and maintain a clean environment, we kindly ask you not to consume outside food and drinks within the food hall. If you prefer to enjoy your own food, we recommend dining al fresco at one of the tables in St. Andrew’s  Playground Park, located on the south side of the food hall.

Where do I pick-up my take out order?

Order your favourite dishes online at order.waterworksfoodhall.com. Choose between ASAP pickup or select a specific date and time that works for you. Your order will be ready at our delivery center, accessible from the door marked “Delivery & Pick-up” located on Maud Street.
