Waterworks Events
With exposed brick walls and a soaring 44-foot ceiling with skylights, steel beams, and columns, the Waterworks Food Hall is a stunning heritage building and a rich setting for your event. We offer over 12,000 sq ft and six unique event spaces for private events, intimate gatherings, holiday celebrations, corporate functions, trade shows, product launches and more.
Waterworks Patio & Bar
Located on the east side of the Food Hall, our 100-seat Brant Street Patio features an outdoor bar serving craft beers, crisp wines and refreshing cocktails. Surrounded by flower boxes brimming with seasonal blossoms and shaded by patio umbrellas, diners can be seated on the patio and order from any food hall menu through our QR code, while drinks are delivered to their table.
During Happy Hour, guests can enjoy special pricing on select drinks, making it the perfect post-work hangout or casual catch-up with friends.

Lee Restaurant
The flagship restaurant of Chef Susur Lee, Lee Restaurant, has been an exciting and vibrant Toronto destination for over two decades. Best known for its seamless fusion of Asian and French cuisines, the restaurant offers a menu inspired by the bright, refreshing flavours of its signature dishes, including the renowned 24- ingredient Singaporean Slaw. Newly relocated to the historic Waterworks building, Lee Restaurant continues to blend vintage and contemporary elements, reflecting Chef Lee’s unique culinary philosophy.
