Aburi Sushi is the newest concept from the MICHELIN-star Aburi Restaurants family, pioneers of Aburi Sushi & Cuisine in Canada since 2008. Focusing on Temaki (hand roll) and Aburi (flame-searing), Aburi Sushi aims to introduce new textures of premium seafood while enhancing its natural flavours with the use of high-quality Ariake seaweed.
